We want you to be happy with your hat, but if for some reason you’re not 100% satisfied, here is our return policy.

• Please return within 7 days of purchase date and in new condition/never worn - a full refund will be issued.

• If local to Central Oregon, pick up or drop off of your product can be arranged, please email us at hello@sistershatsandco.com to initiate your return.

• If not local to Central Oregon or if you prefer to mail your return this can also be arranged. Please note: return shipping is not provided, please email us at hello@sistershatsandco.com to initiate your return.

• Custom orders can not be returned.
